Unhappy 3500-4000 RPM Hesitation

I'm having horrible trouble with 3500-4000 RPM Hesitation. I've done a lot of research but I still have problems after trying a number of times. I've already grounded my boost sensor and I also added an extra ground to my ecu and my Injectors. I still get the hesitation. Is there anything I can do to try to prevent it?

Other Preventive Mods:
255 Walbro
New Bosh Injector Clips
New Rebuild.
New Spark Plugs
New Spark Plug Wires
Reman Harness.

Any other suggestions? Thanks.

There used to be a way to replace a bad resistor on the board to fix this. If you can find a replacement cheap, that will be the safest way to go. Or do a google search for "Resistor Fix on RX7 ECU".
