I just looked over the S5 FSM and I don't see why you cannot just disconnect the alarm system CPU which is located next to your left leg between the door and the fuse box when sitting in the car. Here is a .jpg.

That is the CPU. It controls the alarm, the blinkers, the horn, the high beams...

I mean, unless you don't need any of those things, that probably wouldn't be a good idea.

Ah I see now, I didn't really look at what else it controlled. They make it a lot easier on the S4.

Wow, you are going to sell it over a malfunctioning alarm?

Damn dude, drastic.

How much do you want for it?

i was thinking of selling it in the past, but this just pushed it..lol there was other minor problems that i spent money and time on..which i fixed. but overall, it does not seemed to be worth it for me to do more work at the moment..
i posted it up for $1350 or however much i can get it for, i believe.

thanks everyone for trying to help me out on this..

There are two horns located side by side near the hood latch in the engine compartment. There should be a plug for each which you should be able to disconnect without having to cut any wires. There is a pic of the horns in the link I provided you the other day.

Tks satch.
I found One of the two horns. The one I found was the one under the coolant container. Where exactly can I find the other horn? I'm assuming under the plastic cover for the fan? Can anyone confirm this before I start to take apart the front pcs? Tks

Tks for that link again. But I've tried looking all around that area but it's not there. All I see are the 4 relays that's screwed on the frame. Under that, there's nothing else. Is it behind or under the body frame where the fan gaurd is? Has anyone seen it in their eyes and not by a diagram? Tks
