I believe they swap right in. They are standard Bosch/Denso style injectors whereas the 20B primaries are side feed and don't swap. If you have an '88 you are already set up for high impedance injectors. Probably have to change the connector on the harness though.

WTF are you talking about?
20B's do NOT come with 850cc fuel injectors.

Are you trying to swap the 850's into your 20B?
You're in the wrong section.

Yes, you got lied to.
20B come with 550cc side-feed primaries and 550cc top-feed secodaries.

What color are they?

first things first requardless of what car you thought these came from are they used?

If so do not put these in your car because without having them professionally cleaned and flow tested. Big no no in a rotary. Blowing a motor because you didn't want to spend 15 dollars for cleaning is stupid but its done on this forum once a week.

The 2 cheapest places to have the injectors done is cruzin and witch doctor. Do a search on both these companies.

And you can pick up O rings at Pepboys or autozone

That doesn't mean anything much, not necessarily mean they lied to you.

these can be made to fit unless they are top feed injectors.

Also how did you plan to control these injectors? You cannot just plug these in. You have to have a tuning device to control them. You might want to do some research on what you are trying to do before you spend money on stuff that will not work the way you think/hope it will.

He said he'll control them with a toggle switch, on/off on/off on/off hahaha

nah, we're going to hook up his S-AFC II. That should be fine, right?

*Oh I forgot, RTEK 1.7 also & FD fuel Pump.

yeah afc will work.

Also you can run just about any top feed injector you want. Like my primaries are 720cc and seconds are 1680cc. Now I might run out of fuel for what i am trying to do with the car so I might just up my primaries to 1000cc. A cheap way to do this is buy them from another car.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PTE-D...1761QQtcZphoto

These injectors are sold on ebay all the time for the eclipse and 3000gt for half the price of a rx7 and they are the same thing. The sell them in 460, 550, 720, 850, 1000 and thats it. Anyways sometimes people are led to believe that they need to order special injectors to fit a rotary and its just wrong.

No I spefically asked for 850. He told me he had them, and I asked him again afterwards if they were 850s of a 20b cuz they told me they were only 550 and he said no that 2ndrys on a 20b were 850. So I bought them and now I'm screwed.

I have a rtek 1.7 ecu so I gotta get 720s. I have 680s cleaned and blueprinted fresh from RC ENG, but I need minimum 720. They flow at 680, so can't use them. I just wanted to get the 850 for alil more head room incase my boost goes to high (ie. 10-13psi). I have a 88 so I have high imp injectors.

Another question when I get low imp injectors, where would the resistors go wired up?

Right now I'm ok cuz my mitsu bov is leaking under boost so max boost I get is 5psi but I ordered a hks bov so I kno its gonna jump to 8 or 10 psi. So I want bigger 2ndarys

So bukwild we can't get any top feed injectors and they will work? I thought they had to be made for a rx7 n such and would be a drop in.

no you can buy the 720's you need from the ebay link I posted and these will be half the price of RC engineering ****. I payed almost 400 bucks for 2 720's and I could have bought 8 of these for that price (live and learn the hard way). Anyways yes the will fit right into your stock rails. You will just have to research what resistor packs you need from Kevin Landers Rotary Resurrection website.

if you have the r-tec you have to use 720's. And like i said before it does not matter what car they say it is for as long as they are top feed and 720cc.

Ok, Xbox says he matched the Part # and the injectors are not 850cc.

What's the deal here ROTARYWORKS? Why did you sell him those injectors that you claimed to be 850cc but are really not?
You might want to clear this up.
