1991 turbo crank no start
My JDM 91 coupe died on me today, I came over some railroad tracks and immediately needed to turn, so I came to a stop blipped the throttle to slip it into 1st since a synchro is out and it died. Now it cranks but does start, and I can’t hear the fuel pump turning on. I don’t have any blown fuses that I could tell, but I don’t know how to check the resistor relay under the dash. Any advice?

well here is a link to the FSM: Foxed.ca
i don't know if there will be a major difference between USDM and JDM - aside from locations left to right, but hopefully it can help. i can't see why the circuit itself should be vastly different. if probing the relay pans out, then check the connector at the pump itself.
also, i know there is a way to jumper the fuel pump under the hood in the S4 cars, but i don't know if the same is true for S5.

I have spark, just not getting more than 2 volts to the fuel pump. When I get home tonight I’m going to replace the pump (it needs it anyways) bypass the resistor relay in the engine bay, and double check all of my wiring for shorts or broken wires. As far as I know the circuit opening relay under the dash is working fine. It pops, other than that I don’t know how to tell.

I had some time to mess with it a couple days ago just haven’t had time to post here. I used a jumper wire using the yellow connector in the engine bay I had the key on I heard the fuel pump come on, so I started it up, and took the jumper wire off. It’s ran ever since. I did find some issues with the wiring related to the previous owners Power FC install, but I believe the resistor relay behind the headlight was sticking at low voltage.
