1991 Exhaust Leak

I have a 1991 NA FC with dual exhaust and an exhaust leak in the driver side of the Y in the back. The hole is about the size of a quarter. We clamped on a sheet of aluminum as a short term fix until I can get it to pass emissions. Does anyone know how much replacing this would cost, if it would pass emissions with this temporary fix, or if there is a more permanent fix that I can do. Any help would be much appreciated...

Replace the stock Y pipe.Get the gaskets Too...OR..go aftermarket.Dig into your Wallet and Get a Racing Beat Dual Exhaust for the N/A FC.. the Stock y pipe is Fairly reasonable in price though..I have TWO USED Y-Pipes..if you need one,I'll sell you One..PM me for DeTails.STYX.
