SC 1987 Turbo II Injectors

All other turbo II injectors are HIGH impedance but this site is saying the 86-87 are low? is this correct for an A-spec 87 turbo II?

Looking to get some 720+ injectors and these are what I found on ebay. Both being High impedance guessing they will not work with out resistors?

Measure the injectors you have to see if they are high or low. If they are low you can bypass the resistor pack and run 4 high ohm injectors.

Yes, it is true that they are low impedance. It is also stated in the FAQ thread here on the forum.

You solution to using high impedance injectors is exactly what Spike posted above.

If that's the case I will save up for the Greddy low imp injectors and keep my eye on boost creep. So far only kicking 8-10psi MAX 10.. rare. The turbo wastegate has not been ported yet but I think i'll be ok w/ only having full RB exhaust and go with rtek7 1.7 w/ the greddy 720's until I get a BNR stage 2 upgrade.

The S4 wastegate is super small... You really should port it. Especially with the Racing Beat REV TII exhaust.

It's better to be safe than sorry.

Your car has low impedance if the connector tab on the injector is in the center. High impedance injectors have the tab offset. You should be able to get low impedance injectors fairly easily. You're just looking for some EV1 style injectors for a mazda fuel rail. Fuel Injector Connection in Cumming, GA should have some for about $65 each. I've been running a pair for years, and my buddy just bought some. Their number is 770-888-1662.

I'll definitely contact them about the injectors if I don't end up buying some from the forum with rtek.
