You can remove practically everything, heh. Although, if the Microtech works at all like the Megasquirt, then you'll have to keep the BAC for full idle control (not just under load.)
You can remove everything that you can with the stock ECU, plus a little bit more..
Air control valve(block off plate)
Air Pump/cat
Split air pipe(block off plate)
EGR(block off plate)
OMP(block off plate, 4 bolts to block off injectors)
Charcoal canister (requires you to vent the gas tank, either at the engine bay line, check valve, or gas cap)
AFM(woo hoo!)
Obviously the complete rats nest, and with the Microtech you run a new harness, so you lose all those little solenoid plugs and stuff. When removing the rats nest, you have to run new fuel lines. 5/16" internal diameter..about 5-6 feet.
You need to run a catch can / dump line from the oil filler neck to vent your oil system, otherwise you'll have some nice blow by from the turbo
Sub-Zero Start Assist(block off plate)
Throttle body mod(search)
While you've got all this stuff out..get your injectors cleaned/rebuilt (cruzin' performance, google them), and run all new vacuum lines, too. I've attached a pic of what your vacuum setup will look like after all of this...(its a modified pic of NZConvertible' to my spec)
All block off plates can be had at www.http://2751engineering.com/
EDIT: Replace your pulsation dampner!!
