13B Cosmo Banzai bracket question

Those who have the Banzai 13B Cosmo bracket, did you have any problem with the bracket up against the oil pan? One side will be pushed against the oil pan lip because how it is made. The oil pan lip extends out a bit.

There are no fitment issues with the oil pan.
