13B Comso engine into FC

Hi all,
I've got a 13B Cosmo engine without transmission. I own FC Turbo II with broken engine. My thougts to put 13B Cosmo engine into my FC. Dos someone know what I have to be care about while doing this? I've checked following things:
Gearbox out of FC Turbo II will fit to Cosmo 13B engine. The Cosmo engine has one mounting hole more than the FC, but I think it shouldn't be a problem. (couse automatic transmission is lot havier than manual out of FC)
Engine mounting should match, but didn't test it.
I have no ECU for 13B Cosmo engine, das someone know which ecu I can use to run ? I dont wanna spend $$$$($) for australian management systems, something like PFC would be fine.
What's about the diff? Are there to big problems with it couse of bigger HP ?
Did someone made this conversation before?
Many thanks in advice

It has been done before. Here are some things off the top of my head that you'll need; motor mounts (which I believe are sold for this specific swap), stand alone ECU (be it Haltech, microtech, PFC, AEM, or it's been done with a TII ECU but it's very time consuming and generally not worth it), the last thing I can think is that I'm pretty sure you need to run the turbos in parallel. I hope this helps, and please anyone correct what's wrong or add if anything else is needed.

From what I understand the comso 13b has different port configurations than the 13bt here. It might have a better manifold but I can't remember.
