13b or 20b?

I am always looking to improve my Fc and am finishing my new engine, so i am looking to build my next project engine.

I am thinking along the lines of fitting an Extended ported 20b with ither a Gt42 or a T78?

There is also the Triple route, add another rotor to my existing 13b which will make it lighter and stronger than a 20b but at a cost.

What would you guys do? stick with the 13b and possably do a PP engine or somthing like that or take the next step and go 20b?

if money is not an issue, go with a 20B...i think that'll provide more power than you'd ever need.

lol how much do you need? I am after a 10 second car.

But there is an issue with the Handling? adding all that extra weight at the ft of the car?

I love the idear of all the extra Torque and not needing to go mad on the porting to get good gains but the 20b has a E-Shaft problem?

just to convert to a 20b you will need at lest 12k if you do it yourself.

if money isnt an issue then you can get aluminum 20b housings that would make it weight probable the same as a 13b. but their still pretty pricy.

Eshaft is not really a problem.

The aluminum housings are not worth it unl;ess you have huge amounts of cash... you'd be better off getting a custom 3 piece e-shaft and an extra intermediate housing bearing for the same cost.

Go 20B! but make it different some how, i really havent seen many N/A 20B's online, so that would be cool, or maby Supercharge it? make it unique, but i would deffinetly go 20B if your not short on coin and have the time

Well a Rx Guy that lives near me races a 20b NA with a big arch kit etc, I belive Hurley's are finishing a 20b at the moment.

So it looks like the full blown 20b with Extended port with the biggest turbo i can lay my hands on, I should get good hp with a bit of luck.
