After gutting my cats my car now boost creeps up to fuel cut. Ill order my FCD soon.

That is caused by the increase of airflow through the exhaust. I would rewire your fuel pump +12VDC or get a FD fuel pump, and get an A/F meter if you don't already have one. I FCD can easiely blow your motor due to lack of fuel to the added boost. That is one of the most popular ways to grenade your engine.
