How about this? I'm not sure how the Power FC works, but is this the ECU and you would just need the controller? Bid away if you want, I'm too poor heh.

It's not his engrish, it's Babelfish translation. Thats how they translate it. If anyone has studied Japanese, you will know that the way their sentences are formed if much different so the sentences sound weird.
Such as something everyone knows:
watashi wa nikku desu.
I nick am
kinda weird but thats how it goes
