Mom backed into my new paint job! ARGH!
Ok, im pissed. My mom bached her huge freaking MPV into my 84 GSL with a nice new paintjob. Obviously, she isnt going to pay to fix it. Funny thing is that it TRASHED her bumper, i got by relativly easy. Ive got a few small places on the edge of the wheel well and the side that looks like it chiped of the first coat of paint. This was a $2500 strip down to the metal paint job with muliple layers. All the scratches but one are like... 1/4 of a penny big. Ive got about 15 of um or so. Then, on the edge of my bumper, i got about a penny size chunk of paint gone and the white primer(?) is showing through. Can this be fixed without spending alot of money? The little scratches should be fixable..the bumper might need a repaint. Im just curious, cause she looked so nice..now she has freaking chips everywhere! I think my saving grace was the nice black molding around the car. My moms MPV has black marks all down the side, heh Well, i just found out the price of replacing that molding. ONE GRAND FOR IT ALL! Jesus, talk about OVERPRICED! ack, now im not

because "the van is new and we have to trade it in soon, so we must repaint it. Your car is old so nobody cares if its scratched, we will worry about it later" Translation..unless i pay for it it aint gonna get fixed

WOW,so much for the"as you get older you have to accept more responsiblity"speech that mom gave you. If I backed into my kids freshly painted car it would get fixed at my expense right now!If one of my kids did it I would expect them to pay for the repair, why should it be anyother way for a parent? You need a licence to have a dog,but they let any idiot be a parent.
