Sounds like I need to look into this next year when my plates are up for renewal. Hate the emissions checks.

 

they are being super **** with qq tags for my rx7. need pics of interior, engine and exterior and thats fine cause i can get some from another car lol. but after that the guy said they may require an agent inspecting it?? sound normal for the qq tags?

Indiana is is easy, no mention of of mileage restrictions.... but if I still own the car in 2015 (I have a 1990) I don't have much reason to get one because my county does not have e'check anyway.

Eligibility

This plate may only be displayed on vehicles that are 25 years or older. When you first apply for this license plate, you must present an Affidavit for Inspection of an Antique Vehicle - State Form 37935 at a license branch or other customer service location. You will receive the plate in the mail within 14 days.

 

I'm sure the laws vary from state to state on if the vehicle has to be inspected or not. I would maybe try your local forum and see if anyone else has gone through the process.

 

How do y you register your car with classic plates in texas? If so how did you go about it? Did you go in to do it in person? Or did you mail something in? Much help needed want my 7 back on the road so bad.
