I'm curious. You plan to find a stripped chassis/non-runner and transfer the engine/tranny/etc from your car into that? I just know that unfortunately, about every insurance company out there would total that car in its current condition.

 

I know from experience, that in FL, if the insurance company wants to total your car, you have the option of taking 80% value of the car and keeping the vehicle, with no CD on the car, have done it a couple of times myself.

The only thing that you would need to do is to get an estimate from a shop to fix it at 80% of the value of the vehicle, find that out from the insurance company ahead of time.

 

No she's not. Give it a few years, and you'll see. Any good woman will discuss things rationally and make you understand and not leave you fucked up after breaking up. Either that, or you both are still young or not quite mature yet. Life can be a bitch, and it could have been much worse. Your actions could have harmed an innocent party. Worst is, you could have killed someone who knows no woman is worth all the hassle.
