Looks like Brave Blue Mica (5N), a very dark metallic blue that was a factory color in '91 only. Hard to tell from the photo if the paint is original though, it looks like it may be a hair lighter than it's supposed to be, or it could just be the photo quality.
Are you looking to sell it, or just see if you got a good price? Lots of guys on this site will tell you even the lowest mileage, mintiest NA you can find isn't worth more than about $3000, but if you live someplace where rust is an issue and nice cars are scarce, I could easily see paying more.
Depending on the option package it came with, a '91 NA Coupe can either be a lot like an '89-90 GTU (base brakes with solid rear rotors and single piston front calipers, base seats with the tweed-like cloth inserts) or more like a GXL (4-piston front brakes, fancier GXL-style seats in cloth or leather, and AAS suspension). What does yours have? This could also affect the price a little.
Looks like a nice car in any event.

looks WAY lighter in the picture. will go through it this week to detail, and get a better shot.... was originally going to re-sell but its so clean, and runs so great I think I will hold onto it for a while... now to sell the TII in the garage or part out the whole deal and find a nice exhaust and rims for this one and pocket some dough for a rebuild later while this one runs.... epic.

Personally I'm a big fan of the NA cars, but they're not as desireable as TIIs. That means you may have a tough time finding the right buyer for this car to pay you what it should be worth. If it's really in mint condition, maybe you should take some good photos of it and run an ad on the Auto Trader or maybe even in Hemmings. Since you're not in a hurry to sell it, you're in a good position. You can afford to wait six months or so for the right buyer to come around. Or just keep it and enjoy it. They are great cars. (That's why we're here, isn't it?)

the turbo I have will most likely be sold... the NA power although VERY mild is really nice and smooth... amazing how controllable it is with and without traction out back. plus the DARK blue will look sweet with gunmetal, polished, or black wheels... or maybe 18" Deep dish chrome?

well the color is Brave Blue since it's exactly how mine looks like, I live in CA & I was able to buy a N/A S5 for 1,700 with a rebuilt engine that only has 3k miles & mint interior & what's not. I would say if you're selling or purchasing whichever the most you might get outta of it is 1500-2000, optimistically.

There are probably more rust-free FCs left in Southern CA than anywhere else in America. I think a super clean NA FC will still command a premium in other parts of the country, but only to the extent that it is in unmolested stock condition or at least has all the parts to put it back that way. Probably the only people willing to pay more for them are older guys (like me) who remember when they were new and think of them more as a future collectible than a really, really old used car. I think this category of buyer will grow in the coming years.
