I can't express enough that you should NEVER make food in an oven you used to power coat with. You are poisoning yourself and your family.

Where did you get the system from and where did you get that plastic panel that has your boost gauge in it below the cd player.

Looks like Harbor Freight tools and I got the same panel when I bought the installation kit for my aftermarket deck.

The powdercoating gun came from Harbor Freight Tools. Cheap chinese tools, perfect for the average work-at-home mechanic, not recommended for professionals though.

The radio came from Crutchfield, but it didn't come with the install kit. Sold separately. I just customized it with a dremel for my application.

Update:
I put the turbo back on the other day, but I happened to not tighten the oil return line. So after sufficiently smoking the neighborhood and making it back home safely without tearing anything up, the powdercoat job held up just fine.

Long term? I still haven't had the time to fix the oil leak.

Powdercoating is a low Volatile Organic Compound process. This does not make it a NO VOC product.
The chemicals released during the curing process can make you very sick if inhaled, let alone if ingested orally. It is absolutley retarded to use a oven used for food preparation for powder curing.
Give your ******* head a shake.

In case anyone is still wondering:

Powdercoat holds up quite well on the COMPRESSOR housing of a turbo. It's still on there, just as clean as it was when I pulled it out of the oven.
