Early/Mid 2010:

had to break that motor open, and replace my front iron water jacket seal that failed, and decided to get nuts with it:

He's trying to trick his motor to think it has the reliability of a duracell, lol.

SR is the way if you're going to do it!
helll, KA is better than CA! We did a KA-T FC about a year ago and it felt pretty strange (im used to my motor setup) but felt good/strong.

SR's are RAD. however the drivetrain is not.

Forrest used to blow his trans about every other event. then he got a $2k OS Giken gear set, and it fixed that issue.

i love you for taking your fenders off to paint it.
most people skimp the little things like that after doing all that work, and it turns out shitty when you have to move your fenders, or get wider fenders...

it's going to look good dude! don't skimp on any of the small stuff!

It's cheaper than an SR to do. The oil sump on a CA is sheet metal, so I just cut up the stock pan and flipped it around to make it work with the FC crossmember. An SR oil pan plays a structural part in the engine design. I couldn't cut it up and move **** around without having to study. I didn't need much power. So for this situation the CA works. I'm a lapping day guy, no drifting. So all I need is 275-300 wheel and some brakes... and that's what I ended up with. Car works great, no complaints.
