nope only going between 25 and 30 she just turned in front off me at the last second. and yea she is insured but they are only going to give me what they think the car is worth, which is les than it will be to repair it. so i cant get any money out of her. she is technically paying already through her insurance. i get screwed with the remaining repair bill. isnt insurance awesome.

You may get lucky and get more than that. After my accident, State-Farm gave me an average of what my year and trim were selling for in the area in the condition my car was in pre-accident, and I got $4950 out of it. Was plenty to fix the car and buy a second car.

As far as trying to avoid an accident, I'm just waiting for one of these days I swerve out of someone's way and hit something minor like a curb and watch the driver at fault drive off...lol

Same thing happened to me man saturday night. But if you look at my thread the damage isnt anywhere near as bad, although i havent looked under the hood yet since its stuck and im not going to mess with it untill the insurance adjuster comes out. Only thing differnt was i slammed into his passenger side front bumper and tire and did way more damage to his rodeo than was done to my little vert. It was unavoidable, there was a car inbetween us and he failed to yeild after that car passed he just went and i was on the other side and hit him at almost 40 mph, I got on my breaks but we were already so close there was nothing i could have done different unless i swerved into traffic and got into a way worse wreck.
