lol i would hope that someone stole that car if i owned it. only thing better to do with it is to douse it with petrol and light it but its not worth the gasoline.

haha i would be impressed if they could get out of my driveway because its low, plus how loud it is its easy to notice, especialyy its gold , cops, ppl will notice and will get pulled over and find it. Sometimes I get stuck on my driveway, it would balance on 2 wheels and with a welded diff it makes it even harder to angle reverse. If youwant to tow it, it takes at least 30minutes if you really know what your doing, because its low its hard, and no steering wheel with wheels at full lock in one direction witha welded diff. and when they actualy get it on the road, aero will start flying off everywhere muahhaha. thats why only Ican drive it. yeah thats al i got.. damn fail..hahaha i haz hidden kill switchss

lol

did u guys hear of this theft prevention steel rod thing that goes from ur steering wheel to ur clutch they sell for $70.Its like unbreakable, and shiz.. And they claim if your car gets stolen with the product they refund you like $5000?I think itwas as seen on tv

cant mark cas wrong well you physically can but the factory marks are hard to move or miss being a dimple and cast metal. cant put pulley on wrong well you can by re drilling holes and reaming **** out but basically timing is fool proof. he probably didnt pay attention and just threw it in there like the rest of his heap.

im glad its fixed but how did he learn the hard way? cause he did it the hard way and failed so he took it to a shop and his parents probably footed the bill. some guys thrash and throw **** together and it never works. takes 3 motors 40 attempts and after 6 months it barely works and you have spent thousands, others take 6 months to research it and learn to do it right the first time and it becomes a much more impressive build that looks nice. but dishwater took the longer more expensive way and look at it. a busted up pile of rubble that he had to send off anyway. i am a hater of shortcuts but not of particular people, just the half assed attempts at building cars.

stev simons is right.Im failing all the time.
Yeah as soon as I get it back Im going to Valley muffler to have them flange a quiet muffler for street use, and swap in my straight pipe setup for events.
Hopefulyy Im also going to do some body work when school startsin jan 29 and repaint my car,and do internal paint as well, same color, but just so its no longer transparent. I found a cheaper distributor for starfire colors...My school has aspray booth i can use..

you are not failing man just rushing something that takes time. You have a FSM? It would have helped you with so much of these little issues...

aha.. as far as i know few of us have been laying low from vrt (if that's what you're trying to get at). hard to go unnoticed anyhow since the people we hang out with all drive somewhat modified imports.
*offtopic* but i see your username on the forums i frequent, haha: zilvia, vipstylecars, here... yada yada. my username on every other forum is quasimoto (lord quaz on vsc)

anyway.. dk, i suggest you throw on the stock exterior pieces for daily; it may not look all that great but it'll help make your car a little more daily driven friendly. also, there's a better chance for you not to get hassled as much (then again, every local police knows your car, lol! must love having a color that sticks out)

been a while since i've kicked it at your place. wish i could've help out more with your build but all my knowledge is about 240s, haha. when your car's finished let me know and i'll drop by for old times sake. perhaps get owned with some philly cheese steak again, haha.

alright. well good luck with everything dk.

he learned the hard way by doing something he knew almost nothing about (rebuilding the motor.) that is untill he met me. your right on him just throwing **** together and hoping it will work..lol dishwasher..yeah he took it too a shop for fine tuning but that's about it when i got involved it took 2 try's once his way (only reason i did it was so he could learn that you cant half *** ****.)..then once my way. (motor ended up being great.) he actually spent hundred's everything else he traded as far as i know. his build is decent for what i was, the way it is now? i dont know about..(the metal speck's paint = ) shortcut's do suck and they can cost more in the long run..half assed indeed, the first time around.

you fail yeah, BUT..you dont give up in rough time's. and that's what matter's most.
