Take off the wheel and use a jack to push out that panel dent from the inside, did same thing to my 240sx. Maybe use a heat gun as well to heat up the metal. Like this

The rear quarter panel is double layered so the whole pop it w/a scissor jack or using an air bag, techniques won't work.
Unless you can get a "pop-a-dent" to work, the only way to fix ut is with a welder and a slide hammer. Hence why my dent is not yet fixed, lol.

Haha, whoops, I took it all apart again
And in it goes!
Picked up a 1987 T2, 35,9xx miles, it was MINT!!! Bought the whole car for $1200, with brand new tires... the catch: car was lightly hit, well, light enough to kink the frame rail just ahead of the subframe (still drives straight). Insurance totalled the car out. I bought it back though! Put EVERYTHING drive train wise except the 5 lug (gotta look stealth), and o man.. what a blast. So, w/ a now 37k entire drivetrain, & new-ish shocks, I guess it's been restored... again... lol
Anyway, just a "where is it now" update. Still haven't fixed that damn dent
