The thing I find annoying in this kind of thread, olbviously he is making a point of hack job swaps, is that the cars do have a large degree of parts commonality. So saying that a swapped NA isn't a TII, while true as far as the vin and records of the car say, it's still a TII if you put the TII parts in the car. Just because it was swapped from another car doesn't necessarily make it a fake TII. Now of course that based on the assumption that you do the damn thing right and don't pick and choose parts because you don't feel like doing the whole thing. I am also not implying that it shouldn't be said that if/when you sell the car you shouldn't tell them what you have done. I'm mearly stating that a complete swap would render the car, mechanicaly speaking, a TII.
Just to be clear I am an NA owner, who may or may not do a swap when my engine dies. That being said I am also the kind of guy who buys bolts from mazda.

step 1:
get a ham sandwich
step 2:
remove ham, along with lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
step 3:
install a burger, with cheese, and bacon
if the bread is the same, then is it not a TII?
if the title of the car is the only difference,
then its the ego of the individual with the problem.
