had it all ready for the dyno and found out my waistgate is seized.... so was making 240 something hp at 5000 rpm...
So now off to get a new WG and get it retuned

Well got my Dyno'ed today. Overall hp only went up 10 hp. But the power over the rev range is **** load better
happy as for now

Resurrecting this thread from the grave, since I got the car tuned (once again) after the PS1000 swap.
Stock ports REW engine
Divided turbo manifold with dual 38 wastegates on 9psi springs
T04 60-1 with a .82 (?)
Water cooled intercooler

Tha boost controller was acting up, and would not raise boost no mater what, so wastegate spring pressure had to do. The boost creeps to 11psi, cant wait till we do the intended 15 psi!

I have a 62-1 with a .96 back housing and a t 70 compressor wheel. s4 13b street port, microtech, 3 inch exhaust, 2.5 inch intercooler piping, 4 720cc injectors and i made 327whp @ 10psi for my daily tune and 418@17psi with a hole in my manifold and my pump failing cuz i need to run a thicker gauge and bigger amperage relay. Turbo is awesome i love it.
