In the process of ordering parts to pull out the junk in my T2 that others have put in over the years. First plan of action is to get rid of the junk eBay special steering wheel and hub from the car and get something more appropriate in. Since I have a Nardi sitting I figured I'd go through and order a new boss and get that mounted up with a spare quick release I have.

While trying to search for the appropriate Works Bell Boss/Hub, I stumbled upon two and I can't figure out the major difference:

So the obvious difference is that the second one is drilled specifically for the Works Bell Rapfix II quick disconnect, but is the other one incompatible with the Rapfix II?

 

only one of those will work with the Nardi, the standard one.

 

Well, as I mentioned I will be using a quick release in between. I'm going to reuse an NRG one for now and then get a Works Bell later on. Will both of those work with the quick release or just the Rapfix one? In the long run will both work with the Rapfix or just the one specified for the Rapfix?

 

i don't know, but i would imagine that the Rapfix hub would have the Momo pattern? so it should work with everything?
