Trans mount washer

There is a washer that goes on the stem connecting the trans Y bracket to the trans crossmember. It is Mazda part FB 0139364. This is a large washer with a rubber ring on one side. I have a well used one that the rubber is dried out and cracked. I found a website that said the had them in stock but when I tried to order they said they were discontinued and not available. I’m sure the rubber is there to provide some isolation . Has anyone run into this and figured out how to simulate the rubber or another work around?

Bump to this, it looks like my rubber is pretty much gone on that mount.

You can find a new replacement mount with the bushing installed on eBay
