1988 turbo 2 rx7

Hey guys new to this. I have a 88 turbo 2 rx7 that sat for about 13 years. recently put in a new fuel pump , sent the gas tank to get professionally cleaned and cleaned fuel lines , new fuel filter spark plugs and wires aswell. I drove the car around the area about two times but after I parked it the car didn’t want to start and it seemed weak starting, any pointers on what to look for? I also have an issue with the interior fuse 15a when I unplug it my fans come on with the key forward but with the fuse back in the fans cut off

Classic flooding, try letting it cool down, drive it for a while, park it, then pull the egi fuse and crank it, then start it up again. it’s worked for me, it can be caused by a ton of things, most disastrously a compression issue.

Where did you get your gas tank professionally cleaned? I need this now on my car that sat for a while.

TIA

You can do a little bleed off valve and tap it on the driver side on the fuel inlet and return line so it does a little bleed there... tends to help with lower compression engines that has flooding issues...

an old practice that tends to work is bring the rpm up a bit, then kill the engine and floor it and that tends to clear it out a bit as well....
