stock 4 lug brakes to 5 lug, 4 piston brakes question

So I recently bought a shell that had some goodies that I wanted. I just installed the 5 Lug swap off of it onto my other FC. I started checking the fit and I noticed it was catching. I looked a little deeper and realized the caliper bolt is rubbing on the backside of the rotor. Did this brake setup use shorter bolts? Or should I turn the rotor? It's my first RX7 and just hoping to gain some knowledge.

It shouldn't be catching.

Find a bolt just a tiny bit shorter is what I would do. Go to the local parts/hardware store and check their little tray bin things. Just find one a little shorter.

First time for this as far as I know, good luck!

Ok sounds good. Do you think it would cause any issues if I lightly grind down whatever is protruding from the spindle? Or I could just run down and buy some smaller bolts. Haha
