No voltage in wires 1a and 1b

86 gxl rx7 M/T No clue why but not getting voltage from wires 1a and 1b from the ECU, it's the yellow and red, and the yellow and black wires from the big clip to the ecu, i put the car to on and not getting power to those two. I am getting power to the black and white wire on the small clip to the ecu. When I crank it voltage is shown but only .11. the Crank angle sensor is unplugged the moment but just not sure if I need to buy an ecu or crank crank sensor.

voltage goes TO the ecu, and not from the ecu. pretty sure there is a fuse, and then its the main relay

Ill try a new main fuse today .I have the 12v wire running to the ignition on the same side as the one that goes to the starter. Would that cause a problem as far not getting the right voltage to the ecu

Nevermind simple Google helped. Testes the case and I'm getting 4.7v to the green and yellow on leading coil. New plugs. Getting 12v to leading coils too, have 5 to tps and have not checked pressure sensor on the passenger strut tower.
