New to group, taking all advice.

Hey all. Ever since I was a kid I've found rx7s to be the most interesting cars. The rotaries always fascinated me and the styling was always attractive. I've recently had an opportunity to purchase a '88 rx7 gxl. The body seems to be in good shape but theres a catch to this car. It's been sitting since at least '04. Possibly longer. I know the work that will have to go into it (replacing all the fluids, tires, exhaust is cracked, suspension checks, compression check possibly rotted apex seals etc...) but I cant find anywhere what this car is worth. Theres a possibility it will be given to me but I would like to know if I made an offer on it what would be the ideal number? I wasnt thinking no more than a couple hundred dollars if that. Any knowledge or advice would be appreciated, and the amount of work needed to get it where it needs to be is of no issue and will not deter me.

Show us a pic at least. If the thing is rusted and full of old shitty gas and oil, you might want to consider how many weekends and dollars it will take to get running. At least test the compression first.

I second the picture comment, can’t really give you guesstimate without knowing all the variables and condition or the car and possible issues.
