We will need some more info on the issues you are having in order to help you resolve them. Start with that, the trim level, mileage, recent repairs etc and we can go from there.

I recently bought a 87 rx7 it’s got 254416 of mileage from a guy who’s son bought it as a project car he said some parts of the engine were missing I’m in the process of seeing what’s missing I have a picture if anyone can put me in the direction so far I’ve ordered the elbow boot and have a battery so parts were disconnected and hooked some of them back up,mainly just trying to see if I can get it will turnover for now after figuring out what’s needed

You're still missing the belts of course and it appears as if you have a banjo bolt and crush washers missing from the fuel rail. I can see the fuel line hanging down.Very cool to see that it originally had manual steering. You don't see that terribly often! Here's one picture form my 88 GXL. I can take and post more if you would like to use them for reference for what you need.

Was looking through some other pics I had and here are some of my old 88 SE that I rebuilt. They might help as well:

Have you attempted to turn the engine over by hand to ensure is not locked up? Are all of the grounds secure and clean? Battery terminals clan and secure?
