FC shifter height

I've noticed there is very little options easy to find for a new shift lever, boot, **** etc. Anyone have any suggestions. I just picked up a NA partially coverted to a T2 and the shifter boot is pretty nasty and height is too tall.

The original shifter boot is still available and the part number is FB01-64-331A.
