Dashboard Issue

I got an issue my my gauges on my 1988 10th anniversary. None of the gauges are working. The car will start and run okay, even charging and everything, but the gauges are down. One thing I noticed is, that the fan for the AC comes on as soon as I turn the key on. Any thoughts????

Thanks man. That was the problem. I checked before but from under there looked like it was okay. I pull it out and it was bad. Thank you.
