Prothane/energy suspension bushings
Prothane/energy suspension bushings
I wanna replace the bushings on my fc because they are shot, but I cant find any oem/rubber ones and Im worried that getting poly bushings will make the suspension too stiff. The car already feels kinda stiff with the shocks that came with it when I bought it, and I dont want it to feel too stiff. Any experience/suggestions?
^What he said if you're really set on getting Mazda OEM or the slightly stiffer Mazda motorsports versions of them. Though I have the Energy Suspension poly bushings in my FC, and they didn't make my FC any stiffer feeling or increase NVH by any measurable amount. For what it's worth, I'm running Racing Beat springs, KYB AGX dampers (4 way adjustment up front, 8 way out back), OEM S5T2 sway bars front & rear, and the MazdaTrix DTSS eliminator bushings.
Im looking at the bushings on mazda motorsports and it wants all of this info from me to verify im part of a sanctioned racing event for some reason, I was able to make an account but im not sure they will let me order the parts. Also does frt bushing set mean front bushing set?

If you are not an an active racer that sets up a racing profile with mazda motorsports, you can't order certain parts from them. However, you can look up the part numbers elsewhere and order from a local Mazda dealer.
