Dash wiring and connectors weird/missing?

I have a 1987 N/A and I've been in the process of putting everything back together. I'm in the process of putting the dash back In and I'm connecting all the obvious connectors and all the ones the book specifies. (Its been a while since I took it out) and I'm noticing that the car works, the AC doesn't and there are 2 wires the I cannot figure out where they go as well as a connection that doesn't seem to have anything that plugs into it. You can see it in the top left of the picture with the manufacturer handwriting on it. It's between the blower and in cabin air filter. Wondering if I'm missing a harness or if that's not supposed to have anything at all. The connectors mentioned are on the right side of the dash, it's sending power but doesn't have anything to connect to. Ant diagram or help would be amazing, thanks In advance.
