cutting ls1 connectors off ls1 breakout harness p1000 and putting ls7 connectors on?.

So I ordered the p1000 w/terminated harness and ls1 coil breakout harness for the coils. However I didnt know that ls1 and ls7 coil plugs are different in size. I am planning on cutting the ls1 plugs off the haltech harness and put the smaller ls7 connectors on, my question is are the wires in the same order on both plugs? I hope that makes sense...
