Beeping issue

Hey guys, I bought a 1987 rx7 turbo 2 and it’s my first rotary so bear with me. I haven’t even owned it for a year yet and it’s been wild. I wanted to go on a joy ride tonight and thought I would do some sliding in an empty parking lot (it was 2 am and far away from any houses or people...) I have drifted this thing before done donuts and all that but when i got it sliding it beeped at me and I was no where near red line, I also noticed a scratching noise don’t know what to make of it since none of my warning lights lit up and they work fine, the car has great compression and it wasn’t overheating or anything. Please help!
