I unplugged mine. The beeping stoped. Seemed to do the trick!

Does your speedometer work, and do your turn-signals turn off when you come out of a turn?

If not then the beeping is because the power steering computer is not getting the correct input from the sensors it monitors. The p/s is speed sensitive, so if your speedo isn't sending the p/s computer any info, the p/s computer returns with an error code (beeping). Also, the p/s computer likes to know if the steering wheel is pointed straight or not, and behind the steering wheel is the sensor which tells if your steering wheel is straight. This also operates the turn signal cancel, so if it is not working right, the p/s computer will return with an error code. Could be other things too, a factory manual would be handy so that you could tell which error code it is reporting.
