Hey all
I recently came across an 88 racecar and was wondering if anyone recognized it or could help me out with some info about the car. I’m usually a aircooled vw guy but couldn’t say no when this came along. The plan is to get it back racing in E-prod. It has an extensive log book along the east coast but hasn’t raced in a while. Also any advice on what to do to the motor before getting ready to crank it by hand and eventually trying to start it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
I don't recognize the car but I love the look of it! Shame they didn't paint the interior as well. How long has it been sitting?
I don’t remember how long exactly the PO said it’d been sitting, it hasn’t raced in at least a decade. As for the last time it was running and driving it’s been at least a few years. And thanks I’m pretty excited to get it back racing!
