Good thread to bump to the top every once in a while.

 

I just finished reading all this, a good thread.

 

What a shitty world we live in. Lol. I have had both, I started with an NA, went to a turbo, and am now back to an NA. I love the NA's reliability, revability, and such. But I LOVE the Turbo's Torque and power. Sucks that we cant have both. But after rebuilding my turbo, I let it go, and went back to an NA. It starts every day day in and day out. I did every concieveable bolt on to my 86 NA, which was a lightweight by the way, aluminum hood etc. And still, best she would turn was 15.1. Granted, thats not bad, its almost a second faster than stock. I would love to know how you guys are getting low 14's, I never got near that with my NA. This one so far is stock except for a drop in K&N filter. It feels strong, but thats about it. Lol.

Has anyone here actually raced and got low 14's, or is this just what people think the cars feel like? Just curious.

wow. 45 min of good solid debate, topic, this freaking thing is a book, and a good one at that. These forum's are great for when you have nothing else to do. I spend all my free time on this and video games. anyone else?
