my cosmo arrived from japan last week, 93 type s with engine c572, seems healthy but yet to be tested.

ok another to add to the list

1st > 454
2nd> b991
3rd > no number at all
just picked up a cosmo and it appears to have a rebuilt in it, black top on the
rotor housings, I have looked and looked but cant find any numbers stamped on
any of the rotor housings or irons.
must be a late rebuilt from mazda.

When I started this thread the plan was to make a list up.
now that there are a fair number of posts with numbers

B410 was actually Ken Durkee's and was installed in a black T2 with a Whipple supercharger. Then some guy bought it about a year or two ago. He briefly posted about it then disappeared. The engine had really low miles and was acquired in early '97 by his shop in Federal way. I acquired the TB and intake manifolds.

756 is still mine. High miles. It needs a rebuild and will probably stay NA because it's an early motor. Still deciding which chassis will receive it, but probably something small and light.
