Anyone have a set of stock rubber seats/insulators for the stock 550cc injectors on a 20B? There are 3 per injector/port. A couple of mine were lost/broken and I need to replace 'em.

 

I've seen a couple of threads where people use 10mm silicone hose cut to length. This particular thread was for Bosch 1680s so YMMV.

Thanks. Looks like this more covers secondaries, but I was thinking of making something like this for the primaries and I think that's probably where I'll end up. Between stock grommets, hoses and rings I should be able to put something together.

 

i have some but they are crispy..

i went to a local injector shop looking to see what they had and they sent me home with an assorted bag of fresh new rubber. you could try that.

 

Aren't they side feeds like FD? So shouldn't FD parts work?

 

If you are talking about the rubber grommet that mounts under the fuel rail in the irons, then the FD parts are the same.

 

Yes, these are them, the ones between the rail and the irons (not the injector rings that are inside the rail housing on the injector itself). Thanks for the info.
