I'll have video! My daily work involves me managing a video production department, so you'd think I could have figured it out by now...

back to the 1st page, I am surprised you are not using more openings in the bumper for the intercooler and for the radiator. they are sharing air and there isnt too much of it to begin with is you just retain the small stock bumper openings.

dontcha think? I'd hate to see you have heat issues with a nicely built 20B and in such a track monster of a car.

more pics too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's definitely something that I've considered, but wanted to test before I did anything. The way the whole thing is ducted at the front makes it easy for me to cut more holes in the front of the bumper and duct more air directly to the radiator.

First track day is planned for Feb 8-10 to practice, so I'm sure I will have many adjustments to make after that...

It was pretty cold that day so I think that's mostly what it is - also there's too much 2stroke oil in the tank right now so that probably has something to do with it as well.

It smelt cleanly of fuel so I'm not too concerned!

Nice!
That's a quick turnaround from a blown motor to getting it fired and idling!
Good job!

If that Innovative wide-band is accurate, it's running a tad lean at idle.
That explain the loping...

Thanks! I always thought it should be idling around 12.5-13:1, no? I actually thought it was a little rich if anything!

The quick turnaround can be entirely blamed on Lucky 7 Racing

Consensus is 12.5 to 12.8.
I don't usually use wide-bands.

I've ordered 2 x MSD DIS-4 and 6 x Blaster coils to replace these POS and hopefully will have them installed by the weekend.

I guess we'll have to wait until next week

Indeed - we couldn't even get to 4-5psi without toasting the coils, even at very low dell times (around 3ms). David was using the LS1 coils and I am using the LS2 coils fwiw. The MSD stuff arrives tomorrow and I'll install it on Saturday...not certain on a new dyno date yet but hopefully sometime next week!
