You can do the 90mm tb at home for the 13b/20b

EBay special 90mm tb shipped 160.00$$
Have the adapter plate weld on the manifold mouth for no more than 25.00$$ at a welding shop.

Valqua 200.00-250.00$$ Max and you have a 90mm tb on your intake
