Single 90mm Throttle Body Mod for 3-rotor

We just finished up the single throttle body modification for the 20b upper intake manifold. 90mm in size, takes a D-shaft TPS, and standard throttle cable. We port out the inside to allow smooth flow to both primary and secondary runners. Will flow much more than the factory throttle body.

Price is $990.00

You should just gut the inside of that plenum with that type of tb.

Do yourself a favor, buy an Infinity Q45(Its a 90mm also) throttle body off E-Bay for $150. It comes with the TPS and you'll spend maybe another $150 to have it adapted to your UIM. Much cheaper and same size with a very nice return spring. BTW, this is what I did.

There is no need to cut apart the entire upper intake, have a nice weld line going through it, and achieve no performance gain while spending countless more hours in the process.

We can do the same mod for the 13b no problem.

This includes a TPS as well, forgot to mention it. If sent to us the intake is fully bead blasted, and the inside is ported out and smoothed as needed. The amount of hours to remove all that aluminum, and Tig weld on a adapter is high. A q45 is also not a true 90mm I.D. If I remember correctly, but not sure. Now please do us a favor and try not to disrespect our work by talking about a "cheaper" method you used. Make your own thread if you desire.

Hmmmm, k, maybe I need to actually get the FD back on the road before I start on something new. Still though, between this and the inclusion of the A/C and P/S in the latest update .... =P

Will work excellent in n/a setups too. We should have back to back dyno runs on n/a 20b within the next few months hopefully. The power increase will definitely be nice.
