How much does a 20b weigh

I have sold my 20B, but I need to know exactly how much the engine with all accessories weighs, and also how much the automatic trany weighs.

I have some roundabout answers for ya. I was able to lift the engine myself out of the truck and put it on the ground. That was a naked block, no intake or turbos. When i shipped it off to get rebuilt, I put down 300 lbs and they accepted it.... So, roughtly 300 lbs without the accessories.

It comes from the longer e-shaft the exclusive 80mm front intermediate housing. extra rotor and housing, longer tension bolts and dowls. longer oil pan. longer everything!

one extra rotor, thats 9lbs, the plate with the primary and secondary plate in it, the extra bearing and stationary gear. the added shaft length, i cant get another 145lbs worth outta the stuff left over.......

Kurgan must be HE-MAN if he lifted a 300lb motor from a truck to the ground...........

I like the idea of a 20b in a fc but I don't like the idea of messing with the great balance of front and rear weight of the whole car. It would have to mean that the car will not handle as good. This might be a little off the subject.

In my 20B project the old 13B is quite heavy in stock trim, as is the rest of the car ('76 Cosmo), so I'm not as concerned with extra weight. Infact, I expect a slight weight savings.

Hmm let's see here, I'm going NA first so there's no heavy turbos, only three header pipes going into one to replace the heavy thermal reactor, aluminum water pump instead of the heavy cast iron one, lighter rotors, no heavy AC compressor, hacked & chopped PS bracket or replaced with an aluminum one should drop a few more LBS, etc. But does all this add up to make the extra 100LBS of a 20B moot? I'll only know after weighing each part I've removed. That AC compressor and thermal reactor are going to be the greatest weight savings I bet.
