Question Hey

Has anyone here tried racing beats distributor for the 20B it looks really funky.

Don't flame me if this a re-post I serched and I didn't come up with anythig all 5 times so i said "ahh F*%K it"
I'll just post a new thread.

But has anyone here tried it. Because it looks like an alternative to a $900-2500 ecu to run it.

From what i know the rb distributor works fine, but
you have to either use a carb or you still need a
fuel computer to run it..

$550? I haven't priced it in a while. It should do a good job running a carbed 20B because it allows for a Leading/Trailing split where an aftermarket ECU doesn't.

Haltech E11 just announced.&nbsp It's supposed to handle the 20B ignition no problem.&nbsp Hell, it's supposed to do a 4 rotor no problem...

A timming split for half the cost sounds good but still need a fuel computer that sucks.

Well I can't do anything right now still saving for my corvair project. They stopped making the throw-out shaft I need to do the conversion. I am Pissed!

I am not sure the place I was going to buy the shaft from doesn't give out the specs ofcourse. I have never got my hands on one to examine it. I might have to go with the alternative. Hooking a tornado FWD transaxle up in the rear. But I hear the geometry is not quite right for good handling and makes it handle a little funny. But the good part of it is I can keep the back seat.
