A few questions ive always had about 20B FD swaps

Ive always wondered somethings about putting a 20B in a fd.

If you were to use a custom subframe, like the pettit one for example; do you have to relocate the radiator farther forward?

Also what do you guys do about modding the tach? does it even have to be done?

Also, what modifications can you do to the stock FD tranny to hold more power, and what is the most power or rather torque that the tranny can take?

Stock trans is good for 450-480rwtq. The tach signal will be sent out from your choice of standalone EMS. The radiator will have to go vertical, or 7" further forward at a angle. This will be needed with whatever subframe you go with, or even the stock subframe like ours.

if you use the stock ecu or something old like an e6k, you need a little decoder box that dakota digital sells, works really well.
