I like to look of the body, but would have chosen something less heavy than metal. Glassfiber would habe been much easier to shape and work with and easier to repair and/or reproduce in my opinion

We may have a problem.
I'm moving workshops in a couple of weeks so going mad to get the body finished this so that when it goes into storage for a bit she won't rust. Any way I decided to look at a few other bits. So stared measuring up for the cage and then under the body for the flat floor. Measuring up the side and taking notes a few differences started to appear and not small ones. Set back I side the car and did some more checking. Looks like the chassis is twisted.
I've got a friend of a friend who does jig work but at the moment looks like I might need to re shell. I'm going to drop the subframes .make sure thy are straight.
Bollocks.
