Had my car tuned by Steve Kan this weekend (did an amazing job again). I did a streetport with my motor and water/meth. 50/50
It dyno at 540.2 at 13psi on a dynapack dyno (reads 10% lower). We had ignition break up starting at 5000rpm so couldn't go any more.

Did you by chance take any pictures of your ports? I'm just curious how big you decided to go to reach that power at that boost.
What made you only go to 13psi?
Which water/meth kit are you using? How much are you injecting (% of fuel that is water/meth)?
EGTs?
AFRs?
Definitely interested to see the dyno. . .

The porting I did at me shop. its a mild streetport, the exhaust was open right up. Sorry dont have any pics.
We wanted to go to 15psi but the ignition break up was to bad.
Using the snow performance kit using two nozzles 625 and 225 running 50/50 water/meth
I The think the afr was around 11.5

What are you using for ignition?
I have a VERY similar setup . . .in my sig
Did you try and do some tuning without the AI to see if your ignition breakup was a function of it?

Are you having any boost control issues with your setup? What wastegate are you running? Any pictures of your manifold?

i was not aware that dynapacks read 10% lower!!!! i do believe it though, i watched an RX-4 make 176 wheel on a dynapack then 206 wheel on a dynojet with no real changes. if its truly a ten percent loss though, then im at 396 wheel! nice!
anyways, good numbers! ignition break up is a real bitch, but the LS1 coils are nice and should take care of it. good luck, hopefully you hit 600 wheel!
