In for the results of the S300SXE-9180! We have been sending out a lot of those & EFR 9180s for 20B 3 rotors... From what we have been told its a great turbo for a street 20B...

Ready to go... Just need to weld a slight bend on the comp cover to align the I/C piping...

Then work out how Im going to set up the W/I...Maybe mount the nozzle in an airbox or in some 4" pipe from a pod filter...

Been ages since any updates... Still setting up the WI, finished the tank and had it powder coated, just need to set up the spray nozzle.

Bought a FC brake upgrade it, so now I can stop!

All mounted up.

Put some new oil in the R154, thought I'd try the Redline Heavy Shockproof...works a treat.

Picked up some MT's too

Still loving the car, 20B's do ALWAYS bring a smile to your face when you drive them!!

Wow I can only imagine the acceleration on this thing! Is your 20B ported or still stock internally?

Well it's been ages since any updates... Was deployed OS for seven months.

I've a few things in the works atm. But the first thing when I got back was an oil change.

The take her for a thrash.

I'm up-grading the exhaust housing to a 1.10 (from a 1.00) I maxed out the old turbine housing, so for the cost this should yeld more flow and some cheap power gains.

old v new

I've had them off to the ceramic coaters too.

Been chipping away at the air intake too, which Im setting up with mechanical Water Injection, I've nearly finished. The intake is flanged at the inner guard. A pod filter will attach to the shorter end.

I'm really looking forward to getting some WI into this set up, nearly there!

-Cheers Dave.

Nearly finished putting the car back together again..just have to sort the WI and i'll be cooking!

Had the Plenum and cooler piping ceramic coated and painted the throttle body black.

A slight visual change, but i'm happy with the look. I put some exhaust wrap on the dump pipe too.

Need to pick up a turbo beanie and get another tune too.

What psi and hp did you max the s369sxe at with the 1.0 a/r?

And where did you find a 1.10 housing for it?

The largest I can find is the 1.0 twin scroll or .96 open scroll.

It'l be interesting to see how much time you'l shave off with the latest updates to the car.
